Scotiabank needed a trade show booth system that could travel across multiple events in the US at different booth sizes - 10x10, 20x20, and 20x30 - without looking like a different booth each time. The design had to replicate the warmth and professionalism of their in-branch experience while being flexible enough to scale up or down depending on the floor space. And it had to ship efficiently, set up fast, and hold up through repeated use.
We designed a fully modular system using eco-friendly lightweight materials. Each component - meeting enclosures, counters, branded towers, and accent walls - works independently and connects seamlessly at any scale. The booth features dark wood slat paneling, Scotiabank's signature red accents, integrated lighting, and flexible zones for meetings, demos, and hospitality. Everything is pre-assembled in our facility for quality control, then flat-packed into custom wooden crates. The lightweight construction keeps shipping costs low and setup minimal.
The system was deployed at events in Nashville (20x20 configuration) and Boston (20x30 configuration) in 2025, each time with a different layout tailored to the venue. The modular approach eliminated the need to build from scratch for each show, and the flat-pack design meant fewer crates, lower freight costs, and faster setup with less labor on the show floor.
