Intuit needed a trade show presence for QuickBooks that could travel across multiple events in Canada and the US without the cost and waste of rebuilding each time. The booth had to accommodate live product demos on integrated screens, an interactive engagement wall to draw foot traffic, and flexible configurations depending on the floor space available at each venue. It also had to look premium enough to stand out on a crowded show floor surrounded by major exhibitors.
We designed a fully modular system built from our proprietary Prismacore material. Each component - reception counters, demo stations, the central branded tower, and the engagement wall - functions independently and can be combined in different layouts depending on the booth footprint. Integrated LED base lighting, built-in power and cable management, and wood-finish countertops give the booth a polished, permanent feel despite being entirely collapsible. The engagement wall features pop-out take-home chips that double as a gamified draw for attendees. Everything ships flat and assembles on-site with minimal staff.
The system has been deployed at multiple events across Canada and the US, each time reconfigured for the available space. The Prismacore construction keeps shipping costs down and eliminates the waste of traditional one-time foam builds. Setup time was reduced significantly compared to Intuit's previous custom builds, and the integrated screens and engagement wall consistently drew strong foot traffic on the show floor.
